"Dizzy"

sparks of reality
  float around my head
I try to catch on
       to a
   coherent thought
                    but I blink and it is gone
                                                  lost in a sea of angry foam
an unreal storm
    plays out within the spinning vortex
                        that once was my brain
ideas turn into questions
  focus slips away
                                through my fingertips
      I close my eyes in an attempt to find myself once again
